Accessing TMS for the first time?

Your username will be your existing Wowlink ID or your standard TMS login. Note: User ID and password are case sensitive.

The first time you login your password will be identical to your Wowlink ID or standard TMS login ID. You will be prompted to change your password as soon as you login.
Password requirements: Your password can be any combination of letters and numbers and must be at least 6 characters in length.

Primary Freight customers and Trade Partners need to register online to enable access to TMS. Once registered, you will be able to manage your freight movements and have visibility of comprehensive reports and key performance indicators.

What if I don’t know my login ID or password?
If you have TMS access, the first time you login your password will be your Wowlink ID or standard TMS login ID. If you are unable to login please contact transportcustomerservice@woolworths.com.au or phone: 1800 701 889.
Note: User ID and Password are case sensitive.
Am I required to have an individual user ID and password?
Each individual user within a user group will be required to have their own unique user ID and password.
How do I request access to the new TMS?
If you’re a primary freight customer and require access, please contact primaryfreight@woolworths.com.au and include the following in your request:
Subject: Vendor Number, Vendor Name, New User Access Request.

Once your access has been provisioned, you will receive an email from primaryfreight@woolworths.com.au which will include your TMS:
Will I need to access TMS via Wowlink?
You are not required to go through Wowlink to access TMS, however, in the event you misplace the URL the WOWlink homepage will permanently house the TMS link
What is the minimum system requirement for accessing TMS?
- Computer Hardware Requirements - 2GB + RAM, 1GB Free Disk Space, Broadband Speed Connection, 1.Mb+
- Internet Software Requirements - Internet Explorer 11 (32-bit or 64-bit)
- IOS - MAC 10.5.8 or later, Java 1.6 Apple or above
